Let's have some tea

Visit any Indian home, any time of the year, the first question to the guest after exchanging pleasantaries is inevitably, "Chai logey?" (Will you have some tea?)
The guest may take up the offer or may even refuse. If the offer is taken up, chai will be served in a short time. If the offer is turned down by the guest, the host invites himself for a cuppa tea. And while the host sips hot bouts of chai from the most expensive cup in the house, the guest will definitely not be left alone to feel remorse. He too will get his share.
In short, chai in India is the beginning of hospitality. Masala chai, black tea, without (that's without sugar - for the diabetic), suleimani, kaawa - all varieties of the famous chai. Chai in India varies in it's recipe from place to place. And each recipe is unique in it's own style. And to believe it, you need to experience the taste.
